Consignment Rental Program: How does it work?

• Owner receives 40% Share in rental income once rented.
• Free storage during rental periods. Winter storage available at a discounted rate.
• Possible Refund of HST through application of the Input Tax Credit.
• Renters are pre-approved by insurance through RVEzy.com and/or Outdoorsy.ca.
• Security Deposits made on each rental and $2 Million Liability Insurance for peace of mind coverage.
• RV promoted on multiple platforms for full exposure using our booking website (thetrailerbrothers.com) and apps: RVezy.com.com, Outdoorsy.ca and we also advertise on social media.
• Professional delivery and set up done for customers that request for additional charges with our fleet of trucks for both trailers and Fifth Wheel up to 20,000 lbs.
• Payments made within 1 week of each rental completed.
• Owners can block out days for personal use as requested if not already booked.
• We require to have our full inventory in the early months of the new year to maximize the unit's rental.
• Owners of RV's must supply the inventory.
• We reserve the right to pick and choose the units we need for that year based on demand.
• Owner is only required to have personal insurance for the trailer or RV and that the insurance is aware you rent your  RV trailer.  Your personal insurance is never used for the rental as the customer pays for insurance during the full rental period. Most insurance companies allow this, and some may add an additional rider.

Managers Responsibilities 60% Management Fee

• Develop and post ads for the RV Rental through websites and other marketing tools.
• Reply to all rental requests and answer any questions they may have about their rental.
• Prepare your RV rental for pickup and drop off inspections.
• Complete Pre trip and Post Trip inspections with the renter taking pictures and notes.
• Supplying renters with manuals and instruction on RV use plus actual demonstrations.
• RV Cleaning and washing.
• Damage Estimations and collections.
• Provide storage facilities during the rental period.
• Upon request we will deliver and set up the RV Trailer for extra charges paid to us directly.
• Arrange for assistance if they require roadside assistance or breakdown.

Using a Base rental of $160 per night for the season and rented 60 nights per season.

Rental income would be $5,760.00 which could go towards payments if you have financed your trailer.

32 Ft Fifth Wheel with Slides

Using a Base rental of $125 per night for the season and rented 60 nights per season.

Rental income would be $4,500.00 which could go towards payments if you have financed your trailer.

28 Ft Travel Trailer with 1 Slide

Using a Base rental of $110 per night for the season and rented 60 nights per season.

Rental income would be $3960.00 which could go towards payments if you have financed your trailer.

16 Ft Tent Trailer with no slides

Using a Base rental of $80 per night for the season and rented 60 nights per season.

Rental income would be $2880.00 which could go towards payments if you have financed your trailer.
