• A deposit of 25% of the booking fee (or $250 whichever is greater) is due to confirm your reservation. (non-refundable).
• Balance of the reservation is only due 30 days prior to your pick up date.
• Pick up and return times are between 10AM to 2PM. Other times available at an additional cost.
• A security deposit of $1,500 is due 24 hours prior to your pick up (or delivery service). Please note that we only do a pre-authorization valid only for 7 days, this will reflect on your credit card statement of possibly multiples card pre-authorizing of $1,500 if renting for over 7 days. If any damages are present, we will keep your security/damage deposit to pay for the deductible or repairs.
• We accept Interac eTransfers, Visa or Mastercard only.
• You are in acceptance of our rental agreement once the initial deposit has been received.
• Pets are welcome in only specific travel trailers at a extra cleaning charge of $100.
• Trailers must return clean inside (cleaning products included in each rental) or a $100 fee applies.
• All prices are plus HST.
