  • A deposit of 25% of the booking fee (or $250 whichever is greater) is due to confirm your reservation. (non-refundable).

  • Security deposit of $1,500 will be charged with your credit card on file 1 day prior to your first rental date.

  • This 2021 Jay Flight 174BH by Jayco has a total length of 21.8".
  • Bring your own kitchenware.
  • Dry weight of 3095 lbs, hitch weight of 300 lbs and cargo up to 855 lbs.
  • GVWR on your vehicle should be a minimum towing capacity of at least 3950 lbs due to the maximum allowance of the cargo.
  • Fresh water tank 20 gal, gray 20 gal and black is 20 gal.
  • Your vehicle will require a brake controller.
  • We can supply the 2" hitch ball system or bring your own.
  • The wiring on your vehicle must fit a 7 pin adapter. You should make sure your connection works properly before showing up to pick up your rental. Some car rental companies offer a 7 pin adapter but many times they do not work properly, ie: no brake lights, no signal lights etc. You are responsible to verify functionality of the 7 pin. View adapter here.
