• We were renting 2 trailers to use for staff for our family camp. Ben and Mike were great to work with. They answered our questions and even gave us a discount on the second trailer. • There’s nothing I can say that has not been said already. Ben and Anna are excellent. This was our first time renting a trailer and the first time towing anything with our SUV. From ensuring I knew the weight limitations for my car and making sure I had a trailer brake controller, they made our first time experience easy. They were very accommodating with our newbie questions and responded promptly with detailed answers.
  The trailer we rented was perfect. It was clean and well maintained. They showed us how to use everything and made sure we knew how to set it up at the campsite. We had no issues.

• This was my 8th summer renting from Ben & Anna. I’ve been renting since Ben started renting out his 1 family trailer. Although the business has grown; I still get that small business feel. • We rented a trailer for a month during a reno. Moma & The Trailer Brother were fantastic to deal with. We dealt with Ben, super helpful, went out of his way to answer questions and provide the best recommendation for our needs. He checked in with us to make sure all was good and if we had questions.   * Excellent communicators. They get back to you 100% of the time almost immediately. Even after hours or on the weekend during your rental. You can expect them to get back to you pretty quickly, which makes me feel more secure with my rental in the event something ever went wrong. The times I had a quick question usually got addressed via a quick text message within minutes.

  * Experience. Ben really knows his stuff. They are experts in the field, and pretty much know every inch of their products. Any time I had a question about something, they could tell me off the top of their heads what the answer was! Impressive!

  * Digitally Equipped. I love that everything is paperless, seamless and effortless to rent. The fact that I get emails and text messages, and can manage everything online is a big plus for my busy lifestyle. But any time I’ve had a question, they always respond right away either via telephone or text message. It’s the best of both worlds!

  FAIR PRICING

  * Honest business professionals. What you see is what you get. No hidden costs. No monkey business. They are always very transparent with every penny, and never charge anything you do not agree to. I also love that they validate the return and give back the security deposit almost immediately. Their pricing is all online which gives me a lot of trust that everyone is getting the same prices… unless (see next point)

  * Customer Incentives. Repeat customers (such as myself) get a discount off all my rentals. They even give financial credits for any referral I make. Their incentives have a nice impact on my final pricing every future rental. (And going back to my second point: honesty – I never have to ask for the incentives – they track it all and apply it automatically!)

  * Fair Pricing. In life, you always get what you pay for. Their pricing is absolutely fair for the high-quality product and service they offer. They deliver a lot of value for what you are getting. In the past, I rented from other places and was disappointed in the quality of the trailer and the service. Moma & The Trailer Brother really care about their customers and have never let me down in any way whatsoever. I would rather spend an extra few bucks and actually enjoy my trips vs spending all my time fixing someone else’s problems.

  * High quality equipment. I have never had any of my rentals experience equipment failures or have any damages. These guys really do care about their equipment! Everything has always been delivered super clean and fully functional.

• June 2021 rental – dealing with the trailer bother was nothing but great right from my first visit to this web site. Our first time renting a travel trailer. They say the truth is in the details and i would agree. The trailer came with absolutely everything you would ever need. I can’t tell you how blood brilliant i thought it was when i found the spirit level in the underfloor storage area……genius, quick and level set up on arrival. Little things like this made for 10/10 experience.

• My family and I recently rented the 19′ Jayco Trailer from Moma & the Trailer Brother and our experience from start to finish was impeccable!!! As first-timers renting a trailer there were many, many questions and Ben was extremely helpful and quick to reply which eased my mind. • David and I purchased the 2013 14 ft Clipper from Moma & The Trailer Brother. We were so impressed with how well the unit had been looked after, the interior was spotless. Ben went well above what we had expected before pick-up. They put in a new Mattress, new stove vent, spayed the under body PLUS through in a new Marine battery.
  Our first 4 trip in Mid October was perfect thanks to Moma & The Trailer Brother.

• We recently rented the 10′ Adventure Buggy for a 3 night stay at Algonquin Park. The experience of ordering, picking up & returning was stress free. The Buggy was clean & as advertised. I wouldn’t have any problem recommending Moma & The Trailer Brother in the future. My only comment is on the vehicle itself, the Buggy. We are considering purchasing an RV & have been “test driving” various brands & models. While it is easy to tow & the kitchen is well equipped, the interior has a gaucho bed which converts to a sofa. For two people & their assorted extras, it was a tight fit. I think this vehicle would be better suited for one person.

• Rented from Ben and Anna in July 2020. Not only was this our first RV experience, it was the first time we had taken our young family camping so I was really keen for a positive outing. After considering a number of RVezy options with trailer owners, I lobbed a call into Moma & Trailer Brother after seeing how much more professional their offering was vs other listings. As I had never towed a trailer before in my life, Ben took the time to walk me through the RV process/experience and answered all my questions. I was especially impressed with their COVID protocols and focus on ensuring their trailers are disinfected to full gov standards prior to rental. Anyway, long story short, as other reviews here have indicated, the pick-up was seamless with both brothers taking time to explain hook-up, set-up etc for the trailer and getting us on our way. The trailer was spotless and most everything worked great (we were missing the HDMI cable for the DVD player but it was not a big deal – less screens for the kids was better anyway!) No stress on drop-off – everything went really smoothly. Highly recommend the guys and will look to rent from them again next year.

• This was my first “trailering”experience. Found the on-line process of booking and paying quick and easy. Found the trailer to be clean, well supplied and in excellent shape. Ben explained all trailer functions thoroughly as well as providing instruction and assistance with trailer hookup, unhooking and safe setup. All added to a most enjoyable holiday. I recommend this agency to anyone considering renting a trailer.
